Carlsbad, NM – The following information is for the distribution of a Missing Endangered Juvenile Advisory from the New Mexico State Police.
The New Mexico State Police is asking for public assistance in locating Rayne Speed, 7, of Carlsbad, NM. She is believed to be with her parents, Benjamin Speed, 40, and Melissa Kay Ellet, 40. Rayne Speed is 4’0” tall, weighs 75 lbs., with black eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a turquoise shirt with flowers and shorts.
Benjamin Speed is 5’7” tall and weighs 191 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. His clothing description is not known. Melissa Kay Ellet is 5’8” tall, and weighs 210 lbs., with hazel eyes and brown hair. Her clothing description is not known.
They are possibly in the Albuquerque area. They are possibly traveling in a silver 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude with a New Mexico license plate of KZL-983, or a silver 2009 Mariner Mercury with a New Mexico license plate of KZL-982.
