The Rio Rancho Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Ricky Bower, a Caucasian male, seventy-two years old, 5’10” tall, weighing 230 pounds, with white hair, and green eyes. Mr. Bower was last seen wearing a white corduroy jacket, faded blue jeans, and black shoes. Mr. Bower was last seen leaving his residence located at 1770 Darlene Road SE in Rio Rancho, New Mexico on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at around noon. Mr. Bower is believed to be in Albuquerque. Mr. Bower is missing and is believed to be in DANGER if not located.
