The Deming Police Department is searching for 10-year-old Emilio Rodriguez and his mother Angela Garcia, 28. The two were last seen at around 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday April 20, 2021 leaving the Deming McDonalds in a 2008 white Chevy Cruz.
Emilio Rodriguez is described as a 10-year-old Hispanic male who is approximately 4-foot-tall weighting approximately 70 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Angela Garcia is described as a Hispanic female who is 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing 142 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. They are believed to be driving a 2008 white Chevy Cruz displaying a New Mexico license plate number of AYTX57. It is unknown what their clothing description or direction of travel is.
