The Ruidoso Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Paul “Oak” Mochen, a one-year-old child who is two feet tall, 26 pounds, with brown eyes, and bald. Oak was last seen wearing a long sleeve grey onesie, grey pants, and blue shoes.
Oak is believed to be with his mother, April Mochen. The two are traveling in a blue 2007 Saturn bearing Arizona license plate 79A1BEA. The front bumper of the vehicle is grey and white.
The last known location was Interstate 40 Westbound near Thoreau NM at approximately 1:15 p.m., January 29, 2023.
